This kitchen is a total 180! After inheriting the house from her parents this homeowner was ready to refresh the look and function of this dated kitchen.
With so many memories and personal stories in this space it was importance to keep the essence in an updated way. We used Waypoint cabinetry in 610D in Maple Spice for an more updated take on the homemade maple cabinets her father previously installed.

In this layout we moved the fridge to where the old pantry and wall oven were to create space for a dishwasher! A first for this home!
The homeowner kept the same hardware pulls as a sentimental touch to the space. However new Luxury Vinyl Tile ( LVT) floors were installed in the Andover finish. So the kitchen had a fresh, updated look. These floors are waterproof and scratch proof, so will hold up for many more years to come!
Portico Pearl 3×6 tile backsplash complimented New Caledonia Granite in the space.
