Firstly, this homeowner had a very specific idea for this island after finding an inspiration photo on Pinterest.
Since the kitchen above actually features an old apothecary table the goal was to design the look of this, but with more function than a vintage table could provide.
So, what you don’t see in these photos is that this island also features a built in microwave and double trash can! Which ultimately makes this island as beautiful as it is functional.
And the functionality of this design continues! Also, the Quartzite table top provides seating for up to 8 people. Moreover the Fusion Quartzite and a custom live edge walnut top tie things together so beautifully, we don’t have words!
