“I like the actual countertops, but was told they were measured too tightly.  Also feel is was major inconvenience to have removal of old countertops a week before but understand if for template phase only.  *Install team was VERY HELPFUL to making this process smooth.  Originally templator had wrong stone listed on order, still listed on final invoice.  Speedy with quote like the remnants on hand however we felt there were many miscommunications along the way.  After the order was placed we were never told our faucet would not work with sink.  A plate was broken during templating.  After we did confirm plumbing, I was told by install team it was cancelled even though it was on schedule during templating.  I feel like communication has been poor, mainly from main office to workers and to us.  For a small job…it began adding up fast with problems.”  Erika Slowik,  Kennett Square PA. 7-23-15
