Everyone at Stone Master’s were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and treated us like we were their most important customer. Nicole was our sales rep, Brandon did our template, and Matt our design. Christian, Ryan, Eric, and John completed our install. Also a huge thanks to Brittany and Tim for getting the install scheduled and having great guys available to do the work. After losing everything in a house fire back in April, and other delays in rebuilding we were a stressed mess trying to get home for Christmas. The people above were Amazing!!!! Everyone was very knowledgeable and great in their respected field. Did everything they could to make sure that our granite was in, so my family could be home for Christmas after the worse year of our lives. The install was flawless and looks immaculate!!!! From the moment I walked through the door and worked with Nicole who took us for a walk in the yard to look at some granite, to the men who measured Brandon and his assistant to the installers Lenny & Christian. All were professional, courteous and dependable. Excellent workmanship. I especially loved the videos Nicole sent me in emails so we knew what to expect. I had a small issue following installation and called and had a technician out within 2 days. He also addressed my concern and made sure we were 100% satisfied. “I highly recommend Stone Masters to anyone considering a new countertop. I shopped around to several of their competitors and chose Stone Masters for several reasons. I was impressed with the vast number of slabs and products they have to select from. Stone Masters was the only company I found that would complete the job I wanted from start to finish: removal of old countertop, disconnect and reconnect of plumbing ,and installation of new countertop. It saved my having outside contractors/plumbers having to be involved. The added charges for the extras was far less than it would have cost had I had to contract those services. Although my countertop did not require seaming, I was impressed with how Stone Masters excels in this area. I saw several pieces at their show room that had nearly invisible seams . From beginning to end I was pleased with my experience at Stone Masters. Karlene was very helpful in helping me select what I wanted ,being respectful of my budget and informed me of what would work best. The entire process was so simple and communication was fantastic. Each crew was on time, made needs clear, worked neatly, and were highly skilled. Two months on the soapstone tops look lovely. Fit and finish are flawless. Their prices were also unbeatable. Template, Stone, Fabrication, and Installation was only 3/4 the price of the other 5 quotes I had prior to selecting a fabricator. I would absolutely have them do any other stone work I would need done in my house.”
