Colonial Cream Granite

Colonial Cream is as the name implies a rich cream color over the majority of the background. This stone has very small dots of a dark ruby red mineral usually surrounded by some brown highlights. It is a very soft and pleasing color that is rich and warm.  It goes well on top of darker cabinets (especially Cherry) as it contrasts and yet pulls in the ruby red accents!

This stone comes from India. The slabs are typically very large which allows for large islands and longer counters with less seams than possible with smaller size slabs.

This stone takes a nice polish and typically has a very nice resin finish which aids in clean up and lowers all around maintenance and cleaning.

This stone is an SR-4 which is very nice. Even if your sealer wears off, or you forget to stay on top of it, this stone is rather resistant to stains even without sealer on it. Learn more about our SR rating system.
